This Privacy Policy explains how Ikiro Labs, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use Honors Mahjong (the “App”), visit the website located at honorsmahjong.app, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.

We collect information you provide directly to us, which may include:

4. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it. Note that some information may remain in backup copies for a limited period after deletion.

Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the App, or by contacting us at contact@ikiro.ai. When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify the personal information associated with it, except where we are required or permitted to retain it by law.
Access and correction
You may access and update certain account information directly within the App. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
Communications
You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages or by contacting us. We may still send you service-related communications.
Regional rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have rights under the GDPR, including the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. As described in our Terms of Use, you must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
